I replaced the CPU with a newer one and Windows booted. Good afternoon,

I am trying to update the BIOS on my motherboard and have run into a bit of a problem. I started with version 1.20. I installed the 'AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:18.10.20_NHDA' as instructed. When doing this a newer version was recommended, so I installed that instead. That seemed to work fine and Windows booted. I then went straight to installing version 5.20 of BIOS, without seeing the note about installing version 1.70 first. Now I can boot into BIOS, and it shows version 5.20, but Windows will not boot. It will no longer let me install version 1.70, with the message 'Invalid file!'. Is there something I can do to recover this?
