I noticed that I put the wrong info in my last post. Here is an updated version:

Motherboard: ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ax

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-core, 16-Thread Desktop Processor with AMD 3D V-Cache Technology

GPU: XFX SPEEDSTER SWFT309 AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT CORE Gaming Graphics Card with 12GB GDDR6 HDMI 3xDP, AMD RDNA 2 (RX-67XTYJFDV)

Storage: Crucial P3 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive

Hey everyone,
I was trying to upgrade performance after I've been having stuttering issues since updating my GPU driver.

I went to enable SAM, but when I attempted to go to advanced/PCI settings, it instructed me to go to boot page to disable csm

So I did that, and now when I turn everything back on, I get stuck on the boot page (ASRock Logo + instructions to his F2, Del, or F11). I've tried every button configuration, but nothing pushes past this screen.
I'm using a bluetooth keyboard, so perhaps that is causing the issue if it isn't connecting?
