It's a CR2032 battery, very common and about $2.<br><br>Also, the X79 platform is very close to the line between Windows 10 working properly, and not working properly. And then enter the BIOS, saving the Default, twice in a row.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=3781">andycruce</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3509<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29 Sep 2016 at 7:29pm<br /><br /><div>I have a X79 Extereme6 running windiows 10.&nbsp; Worked properly for about a year but recently it appears the BIOS is occasionally corrupted.&nbsp; The symptom is that the system will not go into sleep mode or shut down properly.&nbsp; Trying to shut the system down using Windows 10 shutdown the system will shut down and then turn back on after about 5 sec.&nbsp; Once I do a&nbsp;CMOS clear and reboot to reload the default bios things work properly.&nbsp; However after several days the symptoms return.</div><div><br></div><div>Any Suggestions?</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div>]]>
