Only Intel 'Z' chipsets allow any type of over clocking, CPU or memory, like the Z170.

The H110M-DGS does include the DDR4 Non-Z OC feature in the 1.20 UEFI version. But that feature only applies to certain memory models, Kingston and Samsung are mentioned as working with this feature.

But this feature does not allow you to directly select the speed of the memory, it has preset settings called Sport and Sport+.

The manual shows an XMP option in the UEFI, but whether or not it will be there, and work normally, I don't know.

Checking the Memory Support List, we only find two models above 2133, and the specifications only say 2133 for the memory speed.

You'll be able to adjust the latency settings and voltage for your memory, but selecting a memory speed above 2133 will most likely not be available.
