If AMD has them available, they would be posted there my ASRock. They might be there, just not in the way you expect to find them. See below.

Checking the various Windows version download sections for your board, I see the AMD RAID utility on Windows 8.1, and earlier versions, but that is not the AMD RAID driver that you need.

I do see the "SATA Floppy Image ver:3.3.1540.1" listed for Windows 8, and "SATA Floppy Image ver:3.3.1540.13" for Windows 7. But nothing for 8.1 or 10.

I suggest downloading the Windows 10 64bit "AMD all in 1 driver ver:15.20.1060", all 574MB as a .zip file:

http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/Fatal1ty%20990FX%20Killer/?cat=Download&os=Win1064

Extract the .zip file, and among the many drivers and files in it, see if you can find the SATA Floppy Image folder, it may not have that name. Hopefully it is there.

Otherwise, give the SATA Floppy Image ver:3.3.1540.1 for Windows 8 a try, is the best I can tell you.
