Your thread's title states you are looking for the G41M-VGS3 R2.0 board's download page.

Searching for that model number with Google, or on the ASRock mother board page, does not find anything.

Google did find the G41M-VGS3 (not R2.0) version's manual, which is shared with the G41M-GS3 board.

The ASRock mother board page only provides G41M-VS3 R2.0 board, which shares a manual with the G41M-VGS3 R2.0 board. The best I can give you is that board's page:
