In a word, no. Identical chipsets does not mean the BIOS is compatible. Hi guys, does anyone know is I can safely flash a M3A770DE3L with the 1.70 BIOS for 970DE3/U3S3? They are both built with the same NB and SB chipsets, so... I'm trying to use an Athlon II x2 280 CPU on a 770DE3L, which originally isn't supported on that MB but works on a 970. Ani input will be highly appreciated.
