Also find some old BIOS for this mb and flash each of them step by step.

Problem is still happen. Going back to 2.10

Some other thing discovered.

I can boot with 1x8gb and 1x2gb memory in dual-channel mode. So it's totally not a dram problem i think. (2x8gb or 2x2gb or 1x8gb&1x2gb) System browser in bios show me that connected all 4, but working only 2 slots.

Windows can and does alter things in the BIOS but IMO that may be a bit of a stretch in this case. Features doesn't even show in BIOS.

Clock speed automatically revert on my eyes in BIOS, then i set >37. It's instantly go to 37 without restart.

Memory speed drop down menu is only showing 1066 and 1333mhz.

iGPU settings is not showing.

I can unplug my harddrives for test, but i think they cannot touch BIOS settings.

Intel's IME engine is integral to the way Windows works with the BIOS. If you are using the wrong version certain features will not work correctly, both in Windows and in BIOS. Found this inf files and installed by myself on asrock support site. But it is OS side, my problem is BIOS side, pls reread my post.

Dram 1333mhz (2 slots off 2x2gb not working as i said)

When using Windows 10, use this version of the Intel IME software:

But do this first. Download and run the INF file installation program for Windows 10, the INF driver ver:10.1.1.8 on the same page.

What are you using to check the speed of your CPU in Windows?
