Been running an AMD 6950 card. Bought a Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1070 to upgrade.

Won't boot. Stuck on the screen that is before the Marvell HD controller and UEFI that shows the BIOS date. The LED is stuck on code 62. The 1070 is getting power (using a Corsair 750, and have an 8 plug power cable plugged in to the card, which lights up).

Reinstall the 6950, and all's well.

Ideas? I'm not even getting to the BIOS/UEFI, so I doubt it's a driver issue. Pretty sure I'm on the last BIOS released from 2012.
