The best way to check is on the RAM's site. Asrock and pretty much all other manufacturers do not check all brands and models of RAM for compatibility. Not only that but these lists are not updated after the initial release of the motherboards so any newer RAM that comes out is never on the lists.

You did not list your motherboard model so I can't say for sure but of the 2 brands of RAM you posted the G.skill will work with any z77, z87, z97, h81, b85, h87 and h97 from Asrock with some certainty and likely with all DDR3 ready Asrock boards given it is a pretty standard RAM configuration.

As for Corsair the easiest way to check is to use Corsair's "Memory finder" tool under Support. Enter your motherboard brand and model and it will list all compatible Corsair RAM.
