New build, Red Boot light, nothing on screen.

First, manual is basically blank page for what those lights mean. I assume boot means it doesn't see HD (I know mobos use to at least POST w/o HDs....)

For video I've tried VGA and HDMI.

System: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dfZd7R
Mobo: B550m Pro4
PSU: 500w
CPU: 5600G
RAM: TEAMGROUP T-Force 2x8 16G 3200 (Slots A2 B2)
HD: Tried 3 diff HD w/ 2 diff sata ports and 2 diff cables and 2 diff power) And at least 2 of them have OS's on them.
Oh using 4 of the 8 pin CPU power (which it claims is fine)

PS/2 Keyboard, USB mouse, only header pin connected is power. And FYI think my case speaker pin is diff than the mobo. And I've reset the CMOS too.
