Hey guys,
As mentioned in the title my PC randomly restarts or black screens or freezes. I honestly don't know what it is. I have cleaned the PC out a lot of times and will try again.
My specs: 
i5 4460
GTX 760
AsRock H97m-itx a/c
Corsair CX600m
Corsair Vengeance 8 GB RAM
WD 1 TB Blue

I have run a windows mem test and there was no errors. I noticed it blacks out even more frequently when running a game, even something like Minecraft. All my games are at the lowest settings
When it freezes, the mouse freezes,the screen goes black and the PC restarts or it just comes back on. Then the pc becomes very delayed in moving the mouse and the mouse regularly freezes after every 3 - 4 seconds. 

Even at the lowest settings I noticed, that my GPU hits 70C minimum during game play.

I read somewhere that somebody switched their motherboard from Turb to Normal mode in the BIOS, and set a limit on the max temps for the GPU and CPU and set a fan speed for his fans. I wanted to know if there was way to do that in the BIOS for this specific motherboard?

Any help for my question and any solutions to this problem is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
