It's a scam. If you live in Canada, your rebate will never make it in time to the states to receive a rebate. Don't buy ASRock products expecting a rebate in the future. Support other companies. Asus, MSI, and Corsair so far did actually give me a rebate. It just takes a very long time. Has anyone had issues with rebates through Asrock? We sent in the required documents and two months later we logged in to find out the status and it just says "disqualified" and no other notes or reason for the disqualification. This was our first experience with Asrock and I'm wondering if it's typical or how I can even get more information. There's no number to call or customer service forum that I can find anywhere.
