Hello!!!

newbie going to start t his build. following the manual/youtube.
currently have Win 7 Pro 64 Bit on old system. getting rid of it and starting with the below.
Will flash update the BIOS before doing anything. Then i'll upgrade to Win 10 first on my old computer, then create an bootable USB. Then use the USB to do a fresh install on the new Plextor. 

whats the best version of BIOS to use? latest or ?
will windows 10 install this way?
