I'm running the ram modules at 1600 which is 800 MHz.

Now I figured it out!

The AUTO values can be overwritten by any custom numeric values although the filed appears to be locked. This is a bit confusing.
Back in the old days, with the Bios 1.6, first Manual needed to be selected in order to set a custom value.
Anyway works!
Many monitoring apps show the base value of the RAM so for DDR (Double Data Rate) 1600 that value is 800. This is the nature of DDR RAM, the base value is doubled to achieve the rated value.

If however you are running at DDR3 800 then your base value would be 400 and something is not working as it should as DDR3 tends to default to 1333 not 800.

If you want to manually set timings then try disabling XMP and inputting the values manually from your RAM's spec sheet. XMP (eXtreme Memory Profile) is an auto-loader that loads the RAM's default high speed frequency and timings, it may well be why the values are locked. Without a Z68 board of my own I can't say for sure though.

Unfortunately, no luck. I still cannot alter most of the DRAM timings, many are locked to AUTO. I have a pair of G.Skill F3-1600C9D-16GXM installed, running at 800 MHz with XMP 1.2 profile.

Anybody?
However, when I go into the DRAM timing configuration, almost all settings for the timings cannot be adjusted and are stuck to AUTO. Only at button of the page, a few settings which are not important to me, can be changed.
But, I'd like to alter the CL, tRCD, tRP, tRAS and CR timings. The only thing I can adjust to the ram, is the DRAM Frequency and DRAM voltage at the main OC Tweaker page.

I did already a CMOS clear, but this did not help.

How can I change the memory timings to fully manual?
