It shouldn't be an issue so long as you don't occupy the PCIE3 slot as it is shared with the M.2

From the manual, Pg 4:
* If PCIE3 is occupied, M2_1 will be disabled.

Just bought one of these.  Installed without a hitch.  Currently using an A10 apu but would like some advice on using a discrete card and an m.2 ssd.

Does anyone have a discrete card and the m.2 ssd woring together?
