These Xeon's are all Broadwell architecture processors, and all released at the same time:<br><br><a href="http://ark.intel.com/products/series/91318/Intel-Xe&#111;n-Processor-E5-1600-v4-Product-Family#@Server" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://ark.intel.com/products/series/91318/Intel-Xeon-Processor-E5-1600-v4-Product-Family#@Server</a><br><br>All that is needed for compatibility for any of these processors is the Broadwell-EP CPU microcode, which is part of the UEFI/BIOS, which the X99 Taichi has out of the box. The E5-1630 v4 is a four core eight thread processor, just like the E5-1620 v4, and the only difference between the two is the base and Turbo clock speeds, and a feature that is basically worthless except for processors that can be over clocked, and is just a band aid feature for those processors.<br><br><br> ]]>
