I tried what you say but it is not working. The description says it will turn off keyboards/mice lights on standby or hibernate, which is not my issue. My problem is that I have a mouse with a small led light that does not turn off when I shut down (all the other leds on keyboard and mouse do). If I quickly unplug and replug the mouse, the led turns off, so I was thinking if I can toggle USB power supply. That would solve the issue.

I have a common monitor, not a TV. It's a 1440p Dell plugged through display port to a Geforce 1070. Maybe the bios dos not recognize my resolution?

The lower resolution situation is usually caused by using something other than a PC monitor as a monitor. That is, a TV, although some monitors seem to be affected in the same way.

What monitor and GPU are you using? What cable interface are you using?

I have some questions about this motherboard I own, the Z170M extreme4.

1) I would like to disable usb power supply when I turn off my pc. Is there an option in the BIOS or a jumper on the motherboard to prevent my devices from lighting up when I turn off my PC? I searched everywhere but I could not find it.
