I have the same issue, worked first time and then i did one change, (dont think it was voltage) and then after restart, it never worked with text again. And yes i did install and run as Administrator.... Are you firing up/starting/running A-Tuning as Administrator? You should be.

Ok, let's try what I've read Tech Support state.

1. Uninstall the current A-Tuning you have now
2. Delete the A-Tuning directory under \Program Files (x86)
3. Reboot
4. Now, run the install executable as Administrator and upon reinstalling A-Tuning change the install directory to \Program Files


Reply back please the results.
