It will need to be BIOS version 3.0 or higher. If not you will need to either use a Haswell-EP CPU and update it or contact ASRock Tech support and organize a new preflashed BIOS chip from them. If memory serves they are very helpful with this particular issue.

Have tried swapping memory around with all 4 installed or just 1 at a time in each slot with now change. Have checked pins on cpu and reseated twice. Have cpu power plugged in board power plugged in pcie power plugged in. One weird thing I get a bd code if I run one stick of memory in the a1 slot. Specs are;

Psu corsair TX850
Memory corsair dominator platinum 2666 16gb 4gbx8
I7-6800k 3.4ghz
Gpu Asus Nvidia 760 gtx
Thermaltake p3
Corsair 100i gt cooler

Psu, Gpu are know good units. The board is from Newegg but was an open box. Any ideas?
