my board B650m-hdv.m2 is lighting the diagnostic leds red at first, than they go off

edit:

first the cpu,ram led light up. Those go off and the boot,vga light up until i pick an OS to boot in GRUB bootloader

Hi I just bought a new pc with
B650e steel legend
4070 super
Ddr5 teamgroup t-force delta 32 gb (2x16) 6000mhz
Corsair rm850e 850w 80+ gold
Ryzen 9 7900x

According to the manual of the motherboard if I have no lights in the status leds everything should be running correctly (if something is wrong a red led turns on on the issue) but i see no video whatsoever

I tried with just 1 ram in the B2 slot and the rgb of the ram turns on so should be connected correctly too
I tried with slots A1 and B1 too but its the same
i also tried connecting the hdmi to the mobo to see if works with the integrated graphics but no luck
I tried with 2 different monitors and 2 different hdmi cables
