I'm going with 1866 is correct.

If you look at the Memory QVL it clearly shows 1866 sticks:

The specifications for EP2C602 Dual LGA2011 state it can take 1866 DDR but the specs in the PDF instructions state 1600 as the highest value. Is 1866 correct?
