Ok, I returned that RAM.

Got a Corsair CMSX16GX3M2C1866C11 1866 CL11 11-11-11-32 (2 x 8GB = 16GB) and it works great at 1.35V Dual Channel. No more crashes.

If memory serves those are the only 2 options in ASRock's SoC boards, 1.35v and 1.5v (for DDR3). If upping the voltage resolved the issue you should probably RMA that RAM as it is meant to be a 1.35v kit so it is not operating as advertised. Xalta, you are right. Changed RAM voltage from 1.35V (auto) to 1.5V and it seems to run without crashing now. Changing speed did not solve the problem though.

The iGPU shares system memory, it looks to me like when Memtest is trying to test a shared portion of the RAM it is found unstable and causes the crash you see. 

My best guess is that the RAM is not properly stable at it's rated speed at that voltage. The board may be providing slightly shy of the RAM's voltage requirements or the RAM itself is not properly stable at it's rated voltage. I would try another RAM kit if you can.

Case is pretty cold I would say. Heat sink is very warm but not too hot to touch.

That top picture is GPU artifacting / corruption.

Your MS-Tech CI-70 doesn't have a fan and it uses an external power brick.

Is the top of the case quite warm to the touch?

Ok, it seems that dual channel is unstable. It crashes in dual channel testing with memtest86. Crash happens using multiple CPU and is spectacular (see screenshot). The same crash happens in windows from time to time when watching video. But it does not happen in single channel mode. There may exist a problem with dual channel mode with this board.

This is the crash while running memtest86 v4.3.7:





Is there a bios fix ? The RAM is fine, tested on another machine.
