Install the new CPU, clear CMOS then try boot again. Hello Experts !!!

Today when i replace the processor from phenom 2 x2 560 to phenom 2 x6 1055t .... system didn't boot .... in 560 it is working perfectly fine .... try the latest bios 1.40 as well as oldest 1.10 .... no clue ...

please suggest me ....
