I also have problem with 960 evo with b150 pro4/hyper.
Under 1.60 bios  it cannot recognize in bios menu but can install win10, but reading speed is half, and  recognizing pcie3X2 mode.
Under 7.1 bios it can recognize in bios but speed is still low, and shows almost pcieX2, sometime  pcieX4 .
1.60 bios has some bootmge problems. 
I did Bcdboot  parttion, but can't boot that partition.

I just did a full build with and my SSD M.2 EVO 960 NVME wont detect in bios or windows install.  I have tried disabling the CSM with no luck.

This is being installed on a ASrock x99 i7 gaming motherboard.

I realize that this ssd was just released but it appears to follow the system requirements.
