Use the win 8.1.   For your 990. 

If you have problems run the troubleshoot compatibility  and set the program in Admin as win 8.1.

Did you try the Win 8.1 version of AXTU for your unknown mother board?

I've been using the equivalent A-Tuning and Formula Drive programs from ASRock with Win 10 TP, and they have worked fine. That was with Intel mother boards. Are you saying AXTU does not work with Win 10 on your board?
