Please try the following steps to going working your Cpu at high Memory Speed:

1. Go to OC Tweaker than CPU Configuration and set your BCLK Frequency to "100.0" --- This step is very important!

2. than go to DRAM Configuration and set your DRAM Voltage to "1.360V"

3. set your DRAM Frequency to "DDR4-3000" than "Primary Timing" and set "tCL" "15" / "tRCD" "17"/ "tRP" "17" / "tRAS" "35"

4. go to "OC Tweaker" than "Voltage Configuration" and increase a little bit your "CPU Input Voltage" like a "1.850V" or "1.880V"

5. at lest go "OC Tweaker" than "FIVR Configuration" at set your "System Agent Voltage Offset" to something from "0.0050" to "0.0300" ----- you must find what a Value is better for your personal Cpu Unit.

6. Save Bios and Restart your Computer.

i7 6700k is also 2133 only

PC3000/3200 is overclocking

memory set XMP profile to bios, xmp profile doesnt recognized in current 1.40 bios.
