Recently I bought an Asrock Z690 Taichi Razer Edition board, I wanted to play with RGB effects, I was terribly surprised when, after installing the Razer Synapse application, it was not possible to control the RGB lighting of the RAM memory. The Asrock Polychrome RGB application, after installation, returns an error that it cannot find any compatible Asrock RGB devices, so I understand that your own application is incompatible with the Razer version of the board? Asrok, are you kidding your customers? I thought that when I bought this version it would be something special, but I received a very expensive piece of sh*t. I finally managed to control the RGB RAM memory by installing the application from G.Skill -Trident Z Lighting Control (my RAM memory is PNY XLR8 Gaming Epic-X RGB, DDR5, 32 GB, 6400MHz). I don't count on Asrock's support in this matter, but probably because of such unfinished crap I will never buy Asrock again, this is the second time when Asrock fucked me - the first time I bought an Asrock Fatal1ty Z170 K6 board, in which the UEFI crashed - I guess it was never fixed. I'm really pissed that he's getting a bunch of crap for this much money.
