Okay. Meine Gehäusebelüftung ist natürlich so ausgerichtet das nix ins schwitzen kommt Wink.

Da bin ich mal gespannt wie sich das Z270 Gaming-ITX/ac so macht Big smile ( wenn es dann mal bei uns verfügbar ist ?).

Hallo,

Danke für die Info. Da werde ich wohl die nächste Tage in ihrem Shop eins bestellen.

Ich hab ne Wakü. Die Wassertemperatur waren bei den Tests so um die 20°C. Die CPU hatte da so 45-55°C ( geköpft ). Danke fürs weiterleiten!

Abend,

Okay.

Ich hab noch mal ein wenig getestet. Mein Fazit das Mainboard drosselt bei 120 Watt CPU Leistung. Bei 4.2 Ghz brauche ich ungefähr 1.35 vcore um 120 Watt zu erreichen. Bei 4.8 Ghz dürfen es nicht mehr als 1.23 vcore sein. Alles bei Prime 27.9 18K Nuke. 

PS Wann wird in ihrem Shop das Fatal1ty Z270 ITX verfügbar sein?

Nachtrag: Ich hab die Temperatur vom Kühler der Spannungswandler gemessen. Mit Lüfter 45°C ohne 56°C. Sind die Temperaturen okay? Ein Lüfter bringt ein wenig Besserung.

Ist aber richtig so, dass sich die Vcore bei Belastung vermindert (Gerade bei AVX), wegen der Leitfähigkeit des Siliziums ;)

Das mit der LLC hat sich geklärt.

ExtremOC bei 1.300 Volt? Mir ist klar das ich mit einem ITX keine 6 GHz+ schaffe.... Ich wollte wissen ob es normal ist, dass es bei einer Vcore von 1.300 Volt und AVX last drosselt.

Ich mein die CPU ist da ja nicht mal übertaktet.... Lediglich die Vcore habe ich angehoben. Jedesmal mal das gleiche verhalten egal welcher Takt .

Hallo,

das nennt man Loadline und ist von Intel so gewollt um die CPU zu schonen ;)

Du hast ein ITX-Board und kein OC Formula. Ist doch klar, dass das ITX für andere Dinge sein sollte als ExtremOC.

Wenn Silizium warm wird, wird es leitfähiger und die Spannung muss gesenkt werden. Man kann die Loadline kalibrieren, aber hat den Nachteil, dass derbe Spannungsspitzen die CPU zerstören kann.

Mach OC mit Offset und gut ist. Eine gute 7700K macht bestimmt auf dem ITX Board 4.50-4.70 GHz AllCore ;)
