You don't say. What processor, Kaby Lake or Skylake?

Yet please include the processor when you contact ASRock Tech Support using the following link. This issue should be looked into and addressed at their level.

Hi,

I just got the mainboard (B250M-HDV) and it has the latest BIOS (v1.50) installed.

Problem is, when I set a supervisor password, the BIOS breaks:
1) Everytime I enter the BIOS, the display of the memory modules is scrambled graphics and unreadable. All other items look fine.
2) Whenever I "save+exit" or try to switch to advanced mode, the BIOS freezes.

I can only get the BIOS setup working again with a CMOS clear.
Without a supervisor password set, the BIOS works fine.

This behaviour is reproducable.
