I have a Steel Legend X570 Motherboard with AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core CPU running BIOS version 1.9.

To migrate to W11 I purchased a HW TPM module which Amazon claims to be ASRock compatible (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XPR5943?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details).

However when I plug it in the PC fails to boot, there is no reaction to power on, the fan does not start spinning.

I looked at BIOS settings but did not see anything obvious. Does this MB/CPU/BIOS combination support hardware TPM? Am I missing something?
