I installed the INF drivers (10.1.1.34) and the Serial IO drivers (30.100.1630.02), rebooting afterwards each time. Didn't fix it.</div><div><br></div><div>2. I installed the Trusted Execution Engine, and that took care of it. I thought I had installed this yesterday, when I posted about the issue, but it looks as if I must not have. Anyway, that was it.</div><div><br></div><div>Here is what I had for hardware IDs for the device in the Device Manager, for the record:</div><div><br></div><div><div>PCI\VEN_8086&amp;DEV_5A9A&amp;SUBSYS_5A9A1849&amp;REV_0B</div><div>PCI\VEN_8086&amp;DEV_5A9A&amp;SUBSYS_5A9A1849</div><div>PCI\VEN_8086&amp;DEV_5A9A&amp;CC_078000</div><div>PCI\VEN_8086&amp;DEV_5A9A&amp;CC_0780</div></div><div><br></div><div>Thanks again, y'all!</div><div>-llc</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

Right-click <strong>PCI Simple Communications Controller</strong>, click <strong>Properties</strong><br>2. A new <strong>PCI Simple Communications Controller</strong> window will open. Go to the <strong>Details</strong> tab<strong></strong><br>3. From the drop down list, select <strong>Hardware Ids<br></strong>4. Right click in the box displaying the IDs and choose Select All, then press Ctrl+C to Copy them, then paste them here. Do you have any additional devices connected to the board? Things like add in USB cards, some USB devices and other communication devices will show up in device manager as simple comms.]]>
