Try the "AMD Ryzen Master Overclocking and Tuning Utility". You could also try clearing CMOS via the jumper on your board. I have a Taichi x370w/ Ryzen 1700 and updated the bios with increased XMP support (1.54) ; I then disabled SMT to check gaming performance. Now windows won't recognize 16 cores even though I toggle SMT off and on and have rebooted multiple times.Furthermore, I have loaded UEFI defaults multiple times and no change!!! Anybody else experience this!? If so ,How did you fix?
