I have the same motherboard. Have you got first bios realase? If yes check on it because for defoult the Thunderbolt is DISABLED. Let me know.

Too, I've seen anti-virus software put up blank white pages too. Denying what should be shown.

We would like to know the detail system configuration of your system, so please provide the CPU, memory module, OS, BIOS version first.

And we also would like to know the model name of Thunderbolt 3 dock and what kinds of Thunderbolt device connected to the dock.

If possible, please provide the screenshot of the error symptom to let us do further check.
