Really not too sure what to say, its a motherboard! That said, it is a very nice motherboard, sturdily built and packed with features.  I haven't dug into the BIOS much yet, but it is easy to navigate, with a fully featured GUI, so I would imagine overclocking and changing settings should be relatively simple.

Visually, it looks really nice, and the RGB lighting adds a nice accent and customization to allow the board to fit almost any build.  The software included to customize the lighting works well enough but it also very simple, so don't expect to do any fancy setups or use individually addressable led strips.
