psu make model and how long have you had it?

what are your temps reading at in bios? mb and cpu?

what cooling do you have also would be help?

make sure your temps are stable in bios should look like this http://i.imgur.com/0I2BmRb.jpg

place a fan on vrm (left of the cpu) 35cfm or more

then do this setting to boot to minimal

also you need water cooling.

if all of the above and you have read my post here on temps you need it 56 degrees, more and it will lock. in bios it should be stable watch it for an hour before booting to windows. when you install windows first thing to do is get amd overdrive and monitor temps

I built a PC, its an 8core AMD FX Cpu, an Asrock 970 Performance Motherboard and 16 gigs (2x8 ddr3 dual channel ram) with a 250 gig Samsung EVO SSD Drive. I cannot install windows 10 or windows 7 on it at all, no matter what i do, what my boot sequence is, it randomly restarts my computer at various points of the setup/install process. I have tried installing the OS using windows media creation tool DVD and USB and the problem is the same. I am thinking its an issue with my hardware, perhaps the PSU or motherboard itself or a simple BIOS configuration, also... at random times during this process, my USB mouse freezes as well.

PLEASE HELP!!
