Hi guys, Few of my usb ports not getting Power for this motherboard ..Especially the bottom ports of my motherboard ..

I am not getting power even during at Bios phase ..

no matter what I connect to this usb port these not working including pendrive, keyboard , mouse etc .. I have to reboot my pc again to make them work .. this thing occurring quite often ..

I am on latest bios version 3 which they released ..
