Please enter the BIOS setup then press &#091;F9&#093; to load BIOS default setting to try.</div><div>And press &#091;F10&#093; to save the setting afterward.</div><div><br></div><div>2. Please adjust the below BIOS setting to try.</div><div>BIOS &gt; Advanced &gt; USB Configuration &gt; Set &#091;Disabled&#093; or &#091;UEFI setup only&#093;</div><div><br></div><div>3. In device manager, please right click on the USB to update automatically under OS.</div><div><br></div><div>4. If possible, please use other USB devices to verify.</div><div><br></div><div>5. It apears the ASM1142 USB 3.0/3.1 driver was neglected in being posted to your motherboards Download page(s).
