Hi, so I have been using my build with a x370 K4 for a good while now and one of the major issues I'm currently experiencing is not being able to control the RGB on the board at all.

I've already updated to the most recently released bios and also downloaded/installed the ASRock RGB utility. But, moving the color wheel on the software simply does nothing... the AMD cooler and chipset just remain at their default color. (purplish for the cooler and white for the chipset.)

So, is this some sort of software issue?
