On a large volume HDD do not install operating systems.

No idea if I did something wrong or if its a bios issue or something, anyone have any idea? 
Got it running off windows 7 after I installed it onto a 8tb hdd and cloned it.

Happy with its performance, but want to know if its a thing I messed up on or if it's something not my fault.
