Windows 10 64-bit Creators Update and I can see temps with CoreTemp

Problem is UEFI H/W monitor part.

Did you install the INF files and Intel Management Engine software again, after changing to the Kaby Lake processor?

That is the INF driver ver:10.1.1.38 file installer, and the Intel Management Engine driver ver:11.6.0.1126. No idea which version of Windows you are using, this is the Windows 10 download page:

Another problem detected. Clear CMOS settings but computer can't finalize shut down command under Windows anymore. Black screen but always waiting, not shutting down PSU. 
G4500 was OK and shut down was fine.

Instant Flashing ver 7.0 again did not help.

Clear CMOS, if that doesn't work use instant flash and update the BIOS. Reflash the current version if you are already up to date.

Let us know if that sorts out your issue.

My H110M-ITX mainboard was working fine with Intel Pentium G4500 more than a year and I also updated to the latest BIOS v7.00 enabling Kaby Lake support.

Yesterday I switched to my new Intel Pentium G4560 CPU and it all works fine but BIOS H/W Monitor lost it. It can't detect temps, voltages, fan speeds anymore. Check screenshots.

Anything I can do?
