I do not think that the problem is in TV or cable. For example, the ASUS P8X67 board with UEFI is displayed without problems.
In biostar, it seems to be an ordinary BIOS.
In the TV settings, there are no resolution settings.
"Intel graphics utility options" is an application in Windows? Or at UEFI?

P.S.TV settings reset by default - does not give anything (as I thought).

The J3355M does not support the "Full HD UEFI" feature, the HD Menu option is not available in your board's UEFI/BIOS.

Did your old Biostar board have the old standard BIOS interface, that you could not use a mouse with, only the keyboard? I think it did. So it was working at a much lower resolution with your TV.

Now your new board has the UEFI type BIOS firmware, and the user interface is different, and at a much higher resolution. If you check the video resolution you are using in Windows, with the Intel graphics utility, you may find it is not the same 720p that a PC monitor uses. I've had that problem too using a 720p TV with a new mother board that use UEFI firmware and a higher resolution interface.

You may only fix this by checking the resolution options in the TV's setup options, or in the Intel graphics utility options. Unless the HDMI cable is very old, and is not communicating the resolution to the TV correctly.

HD menu is in the UEFI display settings. You indicated it worked for four years in this configuration? Same TV? The screen corruption only occurs in the UEFI screen,...correct? The display of images within the Os is normal,...correct?!

This board was purchased for the replacement of BIOSTAR A68I-350 deluxe on AMD E-350 (the bridge died - repair is not advisable), which worked in this configuration for 4 years. The length of the dog (1.5 meters) and the TV settings worked correctly (tomorrow I will load the default settings). CSM mode already included - no effect. What is the HD menu? Where? In TV or boards?

First rest your TV to factory defaults to eliminate the TV. Next use as short as possible HDMI cable. Next try enabling/disabling CSM. And lastly try changing settings in HD menu support.

I have a problem with this board.
When you connect to the TV (Panasonic TX42X10) by HDMI (HD Ready, 720p) BIOS does not display correctly.
In some cases, all the images are not placed on the screen and are cut off (some of it is not visible).
 And in others, the image gets a reddish hue and is laid out as a "tile" in the Windows.

In the process of loading and after the screen is all okay.

When connected through the VGA, everything is fine.
How to solve this problem?
