I found update the bios of the card downloaded from docs, my card is PG - RX7900XTX PG and after complete update 10 updates I switched off the PC and started again. I'm having same issue. I even update with no effect PolychromeRGB to version v1.0.108.

Asrock apps do not work after the latest Windows update!
Neither is ASRock Tweak for the video card!
And other apps:
- ASRock Polychrome RGB
- ASRock Motherboard Utility
- Blazing OC Tuner
- Restart to UEFI

Same error with all of them:
