hi I' want to run a 7700k on my z170 on my z170 oc formula and need your feedback on which bios version is both stable and overclockable ( got 5.2 capablle chip). Please respond back with both your overclocks and how long you have been using your bios version. Also since I am going to use 7700k I will need to have my back up bios flashed any help you can offer on how to accomplish will be appreciated !  TIA
