in windows look at the realtek software suite
im guessing windows has assigned the output incorrectly

this has happened to me a few times
(the should be a few different options test each and apply to find which one it wants )

Short story short, when i plug in my houdphones in the vack of the pc, very distorted audio is comming from my left headphone, no matter which heaphones i use, but when i plug the headphones in the fron of the case (another headphone port that came in with the pc box) audio is fine

Could somebudy please help with this? I tried cmosing dunno what to do next
