Dear woolcheng,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

About your question, please follow below steps to finish the setting.

Step1: Please enter BIOS and set up Deep sleep to [Enabled]

( Path: BIOS > Advanced > South Bridge Configuration )

Then press F10 to save and exit.

Step2: Please change the setting as below and refer the following link.

( Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do > Change settings that are currently unavailable > cancel the option [Turn on fast startup] > save changes )

After finishing above steps, the USB devices will not light up when shutting down the system.

Check to see if Fast boot mode is disabled in Windows.
Try to upgrade the BIOS too, the up to date version is 2.50.

My computer case's usb port has LED light.

So i want to turn off LED light when computer is shut down.

But my mainboard(ab350m pro4) didn't work deep sleep mode.

Please let me know how to turn off USB LED light when computer is shut down.

I am using Win10 64-bit OS and BIOS is 2.10
