Please just enable the ability to turn off or on "Above 4G Decoding" or (large bard support). 
It is a requirement for some gpgpu to even work (Xeon Phi , which I am using now)
It allows direct address between gpgpu pcie- to another pci-e device, it could be another in card or is could be traffic coming over infiniband for using Nvidia's GPU direct. 
"Above 4G Decoding" is requirement for using advance features of AMD's new machine intelligence 
  cards coming out. (I plan to compare xeon phi vs amd machine ai , once I get  at least one  mi25 card in.
