Author: FelixH
Subject: 54696
Posted: 11 Aug 2024 at 7:03am

Apparently there is no support on this forum.
I don't know, but according to some you can still get into BIOS by hitting F2 quickly, if need be with frequent restarts.
Someone below in this thread speaks of this method:
https://www.reddit.com/r/ASRock/comments/i7cg24/stuck_at_asrock_logo_whenever_i_boot_up_my_pc/?rdt=43358

Maybe you need to change boot order.
And maybe the item is not supported by the board. Try to check all resources by Asrock or Crucial about this. And best contact Asrock directly anyway, they are not here.

I've swapped each stick of RAM into different slots. I've unplugged the power supply and hit the switch on the power supply before removing the CMOS battery for 30 minutes before placing back into the system, and trying again. I cannot get my system to pass the ASRock splash screen on POST with the new 1TB Crucial P3 Plus m.2 that I picked up on Prime Day. I've already had the first one replaced after encountering this before. This is only happening when the new drive is installed.
