It does not make sense that it worked on the Asus board and not the ASRock board. Both use UEFI firmware. That is unless you changed a setting related to GPT (CSM) on one board and not the other.

If the Windows update 1703 requires UEFI/GPT partitioning, then you will need to convert the drive from MBR to GPT with a program like Diskpart.

No, i have clean install windows 10 build 1607 for several months, now i check update to 1703 via Setting and Windows update assistant are same this error.
I also update successful for another PC using mainboard ASUS H81M with same hardware.

MBR because you moved this drive with the already installed Win10 from another computer?
