Author: Ucliker
Subject: 5480
Posted: 30 Jun 2017 at 1:23pm

I am having this really strange sleep/wake issue on my new Ryzen build. Whenever I put the computer to sleep and then wake it up it is unstable. It wouldn't be a problem but the only thing that's not really affected is web browsers, everything else doesn't work correctly. I have even tried to run stability tests after waking and they all fail (Cinebench R15, Realbench, Prime95). This happens with stock settings, no overclock. At first, I thought it was missing the chipset driver but I have it installed. Asrock support told me to reset my Bios to default settings and update my Nvidia drivers. I did both and nothing has changed.

Windows 10 64bit Creators Update

Asrock X370 Taichi (BIOS P2.40 AGESA 1.0.0.6)

Ryzen 7 1700

G.skill Trident Z 16GB (2X8GB) 3200mhz

Nvidia GTX 1080 ti.
